Blandina is  a Nutrition Specialist with UNICEF Indonesia, where she leads high-level technical and advocacy efforts to combat child wasting. With over two decades of experience, she excels in program design, implementation, and evaluation, with a focus on integrating nutrition within health systems, enhancing policy frameworks, and driving resource mobilization. Her career highlights include scaling up the Integrated Management of Acute Malnutrition (IMAM) across Indonesia, leading the development of national therapeutic food standards, and piloting innovative approaches such as Family-Led MUAC to empower caregivers in child malnutrition detection. Blandina holds a track record of fostering partnerships with governments, UN agencies, and communities to scale life-saving programs and develop evidence-based interventions. Her publications and initiatives reflect her commitment to promoting equitable health access and advancing nutrition science. A recipient of multiple international fellowships and scholarships, she is dedicated to building resilient systems that prioritize child well-being and reduce disparities in healthcare access.
