Tiara Marthias
Tiara is a health systems researcher and currently works as Senior Technical Advisor at the Nossal Institute for Global Health, University of Melbourne, Australia. Previously a lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia, she has a strong interest in health equity, particularly in ensuring equitable access to quality reproductive, maternal, neonatal, and child health (RMNCH).
She has contributed to the development of policies relating to RMNCH financing systems and was the lead consultant for the development of the Indonesia national strategy for adolescent wellbeing.
She has also collaborated with governments in the Southeast Asia region on health systems projects and was part of the development team of several international-level courses, including on health systems strengthening for LMICs.
