Sharon Low
Sharon Low is an evaluation specialist with over 20 years of experience in global health, social protection, and humanitarian response, particularly in conflict-affected and fragile settings across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. With a background in social work and public health, she focuses on intersectoral M&E systems and the use of diverse data to strengthen decision-making in complex environments. She is the Co-Founder and Operations Director of Arq by Allyvate, a boutique consultancy of experienced practitioners from around the world. Sharon is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Public Health and serves on the Steering Committee of Health Systems Global’s Thematic Working Group on Fragile and Conflict-Affected States. She is also an AsiaGlobal Fellow with the University of Hong Kong.
