MOLIKA BOU

Molika Bou is a distinguished public health professional with over 20 years of experience in development and business sectors, particularly within healthcare, hospitality, and agriculture industries. Her expertise in public health is seamlessly integrated with strategic business leadership, enabling her to drive sustainable growth and innovation. 

Molika possesses a diverse educational background, starting with a foundational degree in nursing from the University of Health Sciences (UHS), Cambodia. She then advanced her studies with dual master's degrees from Sheffield University, UK, and the French School of Public Health (EHESP) in France, specializing in Public Health and Environmental Health.

Professionally, Molika’s leadership roles include serving as the Country Manager for AVI, the Board of Directors for various companies and organizations. Currently, she is involved with the Private Hospital Association of Cambodia and KHANA Organization. Her recent involvement with the Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association (CWEA) since 2024 further highlights her impact and influence in business and development circles. 

Molika is dedicated to nurturing future healthcare professionals through her role as a part-time lecturer at UHS. She also serves as a thesis advisor for nursing students, guiding their research and fostering a culture of academic excellence.
